Nancy Pelosi & Paul Pelosi – Married For 58 Years

Like many of the powerful couples on our list, Nancy and Paul Pelosi met in college. They married six years after first becoming an item, back in 1969. Nancy changed her surname from D’Alessandro to Pelosi and built one of the most impressive political careers in recent American history.

It’s now up to her to carry the Pelosi name into history, and she’s been doing so remarkably: at the age of 80, she’s still an active figure, serving as the 52nd Speaker of the U.S. House of Representatives. As for Paul, he’s a businessman who owns a venture capital firm.
