Heath Ledger – Accidental Intoxication

Heath Ledger is one of his generation’s most respected and lauded actors. From roles in A Knights Tale to The Patriot, Brokeback Mountain, and Casanova in his life, he was one of Hollywood’s most famous stars. But his best was yet to come.

Ledger earned most of his acclaim posthumously. After passing away due to acute intoxications in 2008, he won several awards, including the Golden Globe and Oscar for Best-Supporting Actor for his portrayal of The Joker in The Dark Knight Rises. After his death, Johnny Depp, Colin Farrel, and Jude Law played different versions of him in The Imaginarium of Dr. Parnassus to complete the film.
