The idea of proposing at Disneyland seems magical on paper—a fairy tale backdrop for a fairy tale moment. However, this gentleman’s choice of location leaves much to be desired. Instead of a picturesque spot near Cinderella’s castle or a secluded garden, he chose a busy walkway, brimming with wandering tourists and photobombing pedestrians.

One has to question the urgency that led to this unusual decision. Was it a spur-of-the-moment burst of love, or did he think the hustle and bustle would somehow add to the romance? As bystanders awkwardly maneuver around the kneeling Romeo, uttering hasty “excuse me,” the magic of the moment seems to get lost in the crowd.
