Janis Paige found fame first as a singer and actress on Broadway with productions such as Remains To Be Seen. She then segued into starring in films and television shows and got a star on the Walk of Fame. With the fame came the money. But in the ‘50s, her acting career began to fade so she took her talents to Broadway starring in The Pajama Game. Television also benefitted from this legend, seeing her acting even in the ’80s and ‘90s on soaps General Hospital and Santa Barbara. She retired in 2001 leaving quite a legacy.
