Jimmy Carter has always been a very versatile man. He was a successful politician, serving as the American president between 1977 and 1981. Before that, people saw him being elected as the senator from Georgia. After serving in that position from 1963 to 1967, Carter became the governor of Georgia, a position he held from 1971 and 1975.

As the co-founder of the popular Carter Center, the former president has been involved in charity and his list of philanthropic work is endless. He has also been lucky on the personal front, having Rosalyn Carter in his life.

The Nobel Peace Prize winner and his better half have been partners since 1946. This is enough to conclude that this relationship is one of the most successful ones ever. The duo’s health insurance policies are up-to-date, we guess, as old age brings a lot of difficulties.
