We may wonder why the WWE remains to be so hugely popular but for all the fans, that question is settled, because it’s so much more than wrestling, or displaying amazing fitness. It involves storylines, heroes, villains, mystery, intrigue, etc. Someone compared professional wrestling to a soap opera with violence, and we guess we may say that, too. Anyway, it is a big deal and that is why we have decided to take a look at some of the greatest names in the world of professional wrestling and let you know what their net worth is as well as what they’ve been up to lately. Also, we will be taking a look at their financials and what they’ve been up to recently career-wise. 

Lex Luger – $3 Million

Lex Luger is a former wrestler who is most known for his achievements during his time on World Championship Wrestling because he was able to bag the World Heavyweight Championship once and the United States Championship five times. Although he appeared on the WWF, he was never able to win a championship. He got paralyzed in 2007 due to a nerve impingement but he was able to fully recover by 2010 after years of intravenous antibiotic treatment. He now works at the WWE and is tackling their wellness policy.

 

Macho Man-$28 Million

The late Randall Mario Poffo, better known as Macho Man or his ring name Randy Savage, is widely regarded as one of the greatest wrestlers of all time. The wrestler with a deep voice has won 29 titles in his career which lasted 32 years. He also had other ring names, like Randy Poffo, The Spider, The Big Geno, and others. Randy also appeared in many films and television series such as Ready to Rumble, Spider-Man, Baywatch, etc. In 2011, he had a fatal car crash along with his wife. However, the autopsy revealed that he also had a heart disease he never knew about.

 

Kevin Nash – $8 Million

Kevin Nash’s bodybuilding career began a little differently – he started on the WWE and transitioned to the WCW world, where he was one of the three members who founded New World Order. He is now considered a semi-retired WWE wrestler, and best-known for his career in acting. As a matter of fact, Nash has launched this new career by genetically enhancing the villain’s version in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles II: The Secret of the Ooze. Moreover, Nash played a male stripper next to Channing Tatum, in Magic Mike.
