Start Them Early
This is a sight you don’t see every day, and we would have been more interested to see if this baby lifted the bar. Maybe in another world, that would happen, but the message we get from it is that it’s never too early to start exercising.
Kids need some strength training when growing up, and when they are as young as the one pictured, it’s best to keep it simple. Dancing and just walking are some of the best ways to keep a toddler actively engaged. As they grow, you can introduce them to skipping, squats, and yoga.
