Hollywood’s Golden Era Stars Who Live in Houses More Luxurious Than Any A-List Celebrity

Ron Howard – $27.5 Million, Connecticut

We first met Ron Howard as a young and promising actor in The Andy Griffith Show and later in Happy Days. However, he amassed most of his massive $160 million net worth by directing renowned blockbusters like Cocoon, Apollo 13, How the Grinch Stole Christmas, and A Beautiful Mind.

For many years, Howard and his family lived in this large, 17,200-square-foot country home. It has six bedrooms, a home theater with 14 seats, seven fireplaces, and a two-story library, among other features. According to reports, in 2015, it was purchased by Victoria’s Secret model Kristy Hinze and her husband, businessman Jim Clark for $27.5 million.

Henry Winkler – $3.4 Million, Bel Air

Henry Winkler’s talent when it came to comedy and acting was pretty evident, and he managed to land roles in TV series like Children’s Hospital and Arrested Development. However, Winkler is always going to be known as Fonzie from Happy Days. Since 2018, he can be seen on HBO’s Barry.

Winkler has been living in this Bel Air property for over 20 years. Little is known about its interior features, though he’s claimed his favorite place is his office, where he often writes children’s books. He lives there with his wife Stacey Weitzman, whom he married back in 1978.

Clint Eastwood – $9.75 Million, Pebble Beach

Clint Eastwood is undoubtedly the biggest star when it comes to spaghetti-western films. He achieved international success with his iconic performances in the Dollars trilogy and the Dirty Harry films. In the last couple of years, he’s mostly into directing, with his latest work being the 2018 film The Mule.

Eastwood used to live in this magnificent hacienda located in Pebble Beach. The house features six bedrooms, custom-made chandeliers, a large garden, seven bathrooms, and 6,900 square feet of living space. The mansion sits on a big 4.7-acre property, providing all kinds of luxury. In 2017, it was listed for $9.75 million.
