Excuse Me, Fire Hydrant

Someone being in a rush is one perfect example of why they end up parking their vehicles the wrong way. Although that is understandable, that does not excuse anyone from the law. However, it’s already a different story when there’s a fire hydrant too huge not to notice in front of you!

Maybe the owner thought it was one of those normal days where fire hydrants are of no use, but that is also exactly why they are placed in open spaces. No one knows when they will be needed; when they are, it is immediate and quick. We hope the owner has good luck negotiating with the officers, though.
