Norman Reedus – $11.75 Million (Manhattan)

Although he’s given up his fashion modeling career that saw him feature for designers like Prada, Norman Reedus picked up acting. He became globally famous for his outstanding role as Daryl Dixon in “The Walking Dead.” While not on screen, he retires from his array of real estate investments to any home of his choice.

In 2022, he and his partner Diane Kruger listed their 19th-century West Village home in Manhattan, which cost them $11.75 million in 2018. This 3,650-square-foot, three-floor Georgia townhouse boasting four bedrooms and four baths was initially listed for $12.5 million. But the price eventually came down to $11.5 million.
