Especially in Mexico’s La Paz, people who relieve themselves in public have to pay a hefty fine and can even be put behind bars for defying orders. This is not something citizens of any country take lightly.

We wonder if the man holding the umbrella was sober when deciding to do something the authorities would pull him for as soon as they find out. Looking for a public washroom to do your business might have been the best option instead of turning a roadside wall into an unhygienic area.
