Veteran Stars You Thought Were Long Gone but Are Not Even Planning Their Retirement

Richard Dean Anderson – January 23, 1950

Do you know one reason why the reboot of the series ‘MacGyver‘ hasn’t been relatively successful? It’s because the lead actor, Richard Dean Anderson had to be replaced. People loved to see him in that role and that was what brought the Minnesota-born actor to the limelight. His first breakthrough film was General Hospital before going on to feature on Stargate SG-1 and Emerald Point N.A.S. Though these movies were very successful, it was his role in MacGyver that brought him fame and fortune and recognition by the Air Force and was endorsed as an honorary Air force Brigadier General. Born in 1950, Richard is supposed to be enjoying retirement while doing his charity with Waterkeeper Alliance but made a shocking appearance back in 2013.
