Jack Nicholson – $2 Million
Jack Nicholson is widely recognized as the host of “The Greg Gutfeld Show” on Fox News, where he shares his commentary and insights on current events. Prior to his career in broadcasting, he served as a magazine editor and was a contributor to the Huffington Post.
He sold his co-op in Tribeca for $2 million after purchasing it for $1.7 million in 2013. The sale comes as Greg landed a new late-night show on a cable network. Located at 261 Broadway, the 12th-floor co-op spans 1,200 square feet and features two bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. The buyer paid slightly above the asking price of $2 million.
