Regis Francis Xavier Philbin was a popular show host in entertainment, and he was also a TV presenter, a singer, apart from being an actor. He was popular as the “hardest working man in the show business.” No wonder he had an immensely successful career.

He had a longstanding career in the entertainment industry spanning over six decades. However, his demise in 2000 left behind a massive void. He was 88 years old when he breathed his last. But he ensured he worked till his last breath. Retirement what retirement? The word did not feature in his dictionary.

However, even if he had retired, he would have led a  comfortable life, and we believe that as his net worth stands at $150 million. He died of s sudden heart attack on July 24, 2020, leaving behind a gaping void that no one can fill. At the time of his demise, he was with the love of his life, Joy Philbin.
