Christopher McDonald – February 15, 1955
Christopher McDonald began his acting career playing the villain in various films and television shows. And this precedent made it all too easy for him to fall into the role of ‘Shooter McGavin’ in the 1996 comedy film “Happy Gilmore.”
Other titles to his name include “Requiem for a Dream,” “Grumpy Old Men” and “About Last Night.” McDonald has also lent his voice to characters in animated series like “Superman: The Animated Series” and “Beware the Batman.” In 2022, he received a Primetime Emmy Award nomination for Outstanding Guest Actor in a Comedy Series for his role in the HBO Max show “Hacks.”
