Mitch McConnell and Elaine Lan Chao – Together Since 1993

Mitch McConnell is an American politician who began working his first term representing Kentucky in the U.S. Senate in 1985. He is a Republican who served as a majority whip, minority leader, and majority leader.

Elaine Lan Chao is, Mitch’s better half is an inspirational and consequential leader who has been appointed in two important Presidential cabinet positions, such as the U. S. Secretary of Transportation and U. S. Secretary of Labor. When she was able to secure her first cabinet post as Secretary of Labor, she became the first woman of Asian American & Pacific Islander heritage to serve in the President’s cabinet in history.
