Richard Chamberlain – 87, $20 Million
He was born in California back in 1934. Richard Chamberlain is 87 years old right now and has accomplished having an active and impressive career since the late ‘50s. After all, he started as a teen idol back in the ‘60s, playing on Dr. Kildare. Today he’s earned himself a $20-million fortune.
He could have easily been enjoying his retirement at the moment, but on the contrary, Chamberlain’s IMDb page indicates multiple projects for the future. He’ll be participating in a documentary called Spirit of Evolution. Meanwhile, the last film in which he played was Finding Julia in 2019.
Max Baer Jr., 83 – $50 Million
The cast members of The Beverly Hillbillies are sadly all gone except for Max Baer Jr. who played the role of Jethro Bodine on the show. Besides acting Baer wears several hats in the entertainment industry as a screenwriter, producer, and director.
Baer stayed active in showbiz until the ‘90s when he seems to have retired unofficially. He still makes the occasional guest appearance like in 2004 when he featured on an episode of Biography, an A&E docu-series. He turned his attention to entrepreneurship within the gambling industry and set up a line of slot machines unsurprisingly, with a Hillbillies theme.
Ralph Carter, 60 – $1 Million
Ralph Carter is a highly-respected American actor and singer who rose to international prominence in the ’70s after starring in the CBS sitcom “Good Times.” Before gaining the role in the sitcom, he was part of the Broadway musical “A Rising in the Sun.”
Carter has been on and off the industry, but whenever he takes up a role, he performs it at his very best. Among his other notable projects are the 1987 TV short “Donny’s House,” his unforgettable special performance at the 28th Annual Tony Awards, and the 2022 film “Chaaw.”
