Mel Gibson’s real estate investments are certainly no secret. He is a star who is famous for buying and selling property. Lately, Gibson placed his Malibu estate up for sale. The Malibu home boasts medieval-like architecture and the interior decorating fit for a Hollywood star! The entire home gives off a very masculine vibe, with its bounty of leather, brick, and wood.

Gibson’s home stretches on a property that is over 6500 square feet in size. The home also features a long driveway that accommodates several vehicles. The five-bedroom house has a fitness center for the star to pump iron and pump up his heart rate, and a pool for taking a refreshing dip as he feels fit! We can’t see any reason that Gibson would want to let go of this magnificent property since it ticks all the boxes!

Adele – Est. $80.1 Million, Beverly Hills

Music industry sensation, Adele has spent $80.1 million on the luxurious mansion of Sylvester Stallone and revamped it making it her own, catering to her aesthetic sense. The Mediterranean-style estate is located in the star-studded neighborhood of Beverly Hills. It has eight bedrooms, 12 bathrooms and sits on expansive grounds covering a 14,164-square meter.

It offers myriad amenities such as a grand two-story foyer, movie theatre, infinity pool, spacious and well-stocked kitchen, two-bedroom guest house, and perfectly well-maintained grounds.

Adele got a good bargain out of it since Stallone initially listed it at $152 million and then dropped it to $117.5 million. so by the looks of it, she closed a good deal.  The house looks like the perfect place for Adele to make some wonderful memories. Jimmy Carr – Est. £8.5 Million, London

James Anthony Patrick Carr has his fingers dipped in many pies. Not only is he an accomplished comedian, but Carr is a popular actor, writer, and television personality. He started as a marketing executive but switched his career path to doing professional comedy in the year 2000.

Once he made his presence felt in the world of stand-up comedy, he has hosted shows on Channel 4 such as 8 Out of 10 Cats, The Big Fat Quiz of the Year, and others. Carr has been in a relationship with Karoline Copping since 2001.

The comedian’s home in London is truly impressive. As per the reports, he purchased the property for something close to £8.5 million. He had to shell out an extra £1.5 million on renovation work. This could serve as his retirement home later on.
