Tom Hanks – Palisades Riviera – $17,5 Million

Highly respectable producer and director, Tom Hanks has a beautiful home in Pacific Palisades – Palisades Riviera precisely. The wealthy producer acquired the charming pair of homes in 2003 and 2007 for as much as $13.1 million. Both buildings were built in Spanish and English styles respectively.

The Spanish-styled home was built in 1933 and is equipped with wooden floors, ironwork, tile, hedges, lawn, and a fountain just at the back of the property. The English-styled property was erected in 1957 and includes a billiard and pub room that incorporates a fireplace and a movie room. It also has a master’s suite with a bathroom, and recently renovated seven bedrooms and 6 bathrooms.  Tom Hanks and his wife, Rita Wilson, put the luxury home on the market for $17.5.
